Account Manager

Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle (e.g. new energy/water contracts, renewals, change of tenancy, supply and billing issues, carbon compliance, sustainability obligations) by acting as a primary point of contact and reference. Responsible for SME's mid market or corporate clients depending on experience. Good communication, project management and commercial skills with a resourceful empathetic approach. Read more 

Business Development Manager

The role will be focused on growing new business opportunities and extending the reach of Brownlow’s energy, water and sustainability services. Duties would include identifying new sales leads, presenting Brownlow’s experienced and ethical approach and pitching its extensive portfolio of energy goods and services. The aim would be to build strong relationships with new clients to successfully convert the sales and then seamlessly bring them onboard and transfer to the Account Management team. Read More

Sustainability and Energy Analyst 

This candidate will be proficient in analysing energy consumption data and be responsible for delivering a range of services including CCA, SECR, ESOS and greenhouse gas reporting. This is a role for a highly motivated and enthusiastic early career professional with an ability to think strategically and to work with an existing team to maintain and develop business. Bureau Analyst

The position will require comprehension, analysis, and management of any instances of billing discrepancies or anomalies, whether detected by the system or through human observation.
