Our bill auditing triple check

Bill auditing had been carried out by a competitor utilities consultancy, however, after hearing about savings we had made for others, this company asked if we were able to re-check their bills for one of their large manufacturing sites.

We were more than happy to give the bills a triple check in the case that further savings could be made.

Brownlow undertook an intensive bill audit exercise of the sites energy bills looking at overcharging, billing errors and incorrect classifications going back 6 years.

Brownlow identified retrospective errors on the energy bills and was able to recover a large refund of £39,480 on behalf of the site.

Due to Brownlow Utilities success, we were asked to review the rest of the group which included over 40 sites.

Following further intensive investigations and supplier discussions, Brownlow has now saved a further £304,962 for the group and are pleased to have created substantial ongoing savings for the future.
