Climate change agreement (CCA) scheme is open for new applications

Climate change agreements (CCAs) are voluntary agreements made by UK industry and the Environment Agency to reduce energy use and carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions.

Eligible businesses can receive a percentage discount on the Climate Change Levy (CCL) charged on their electricity and gas, typically saving a business up to 10% on all energy costs.

The scheme has reopened until 31st March 2022 for new applications.

New to CCA's?

CCA's are available to a wide range of industries, including plastic, paper, textiles, metals, chemicals, manufacturing and food/drink production. Give us a call so we can have a quick review of your operations and processes to see if your business will qualify.

Already a CCA holder?

Have you opened any new sites within the last few years that may also be eligible? Give us a call and we can review the site to see if it is eligible.

Alternatively, you may want to discuss ways of reducing your carbon if you have failed to meet targets.

DON'T DELAY

Check if you qualify now. Email a member of the Sustainability team today or Book a Call
