This service model has significantly reduced food waste both in their production facilities and in customers’ homes, earning Gousto B Corp Certification as a company that meets high standards of social and environmental impact.
As a large company that met the needed requirements, Gousto needed to comply with government regulations such as the Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme (ESOS) to avoid penalties for non-compliance. Already an environmentally conscious business, Gousto sought to embrace ESOS as part of their broader sustainability journey, keen to go beyond just meeting requirements and contribute to carbon reduction.
After previously working with Gousto on other projects, Brownlow Utilities introduced them to their expert sustainability team.
