Brownlow Utilities Managing Director to Judge Global Business of the Year at the 2025 BIBAs

We’re incredibly proud to share that our Managing Director, Lee J McGhie, has been selected as a judge for the Global Business of the Year award at this year’s Be Inspired Business Awards (BIBAs)!

The BIBAs are Lancashire’s premier business awards, celebrating the top companies, entrepreneurs and world-class business community. As a passionate advocate for honest and impactful business solutions, Lee is honoured to play a role in identifying this year’s top performers.

Why Lee? A Global Leader in Energy and Sustainability

With 23 years of experience in the energy industry, Lee has worked with businesses across the UK, Europe, and Asia Pacific, helping them navigate the complex and changing world of carbon reduction, energy efficiency, and ESG strategy. As a senior-level, global leader, his expertise in sustainability, strategic growth and change management have played a key role in shaping Brownlow Utilities into the inclusive, transparent, and results-driven consultancy it is today.

At Brownlow Utilities, this ethos drives everything we do, helping our clients achieve long-term sustainability and efficiency goals.

The BIBAs: Recognising the Best in Global Business

The Global Business of the Year category highlights organisations that have expanded their impact beyond borders, demonstrating resilience, leadership, and sustainable growth.

As a judge, Lee will be looking for businesses that not only excel financially but also contribute positively to their industries, communities, and the environment. It’s a responsibility he takes seriously, and we know he’ll bring the same passion and expertise that he applies to everything at Brownlow Utilities.

Stay tuned as we follow Lee’s journey with the BIBAs 2025, and best of luck to all the businesses entering this year’s awards!
